I'm proud to be a part of the stuttering community. I'm even more proud of those people who stutter who want to improve themselves. The road is tough and challenging, and certainly not for the faint hearted. But it's a journey worth taking.

However, within the community there can be certain people, who will remain victims. Don't get me wrong, I empathise. Stuttering isn't just a speech problem. It can very easily turn into a life problem. People need to be helped.

There can be people who may have tried certain self-improvement methods or therapy, but didn't work out for them. Without perseverance, a sense of helplessness can prevail, and the downward spiral can continue.

Being down in the dumps is one thing. However, spreading bad vibes is another. Be weary of those who wish to project their negative energy on you.

Ignore them. Even better is to not associate with them.
