Well, only those which give you problems and leave you feeling terrible.

Feeling frustrated? Tell yourself “That’s frustration!” Do it with playfulness.

Feeling fearful? Name it. Bring it to light.

Naming and shaming those unhelpful thoughts and emotions has a wonderful effect.

They begin to lose their control over you. Keep doing it for a month, a year, couple of years, and you might just end up controlling them.
