Where does stuttering come from?

It can come from your mouth.

It can come from your throat.

It can come from your chest.

It can come from your mind.

It can come from your genes.

It can come from anxiousness.

With so many ‘come froms’ it really doesn’t make sense to focus too much on where stuttering originates, especially if you want to do something about it (unless you’re looking to relax a tense part of your body).

“What can I do to deal with stuttering?” is far more effective.
