Ego is a double-edged sword

If you’ve not had much of a strong ego, then by all means strengthen it. Strengthen it some more, and just a little bit more to make sure.

However, once you’ve built enough ego strength, learn to let it go. Too much of it will create all kinds of problems and further insecurities – this is what we are trying to overcome in the first place!

It’ s a double-edged sword.

You might have to go from one extreme (no ego strength) to the other (strong ego),  just to then find the middle ground.
