One thing which I’ve learnt from my meditation practice, and have been doing everyday since I got back from the Vipassana course in February, is to spend a few minutes everyday sending out good wishes to everyone: myself, my family, all of you, work colleagues, people I don’t even like… basically to every living being on Earth!

Doing so, I’ve noticed tremendous positive change.

The amount of compassion I have towards others has increased greatly and it feels really good too.

I recommend giving this a go.
