The stuttering mindset can be full of don’ts:

Don’t speak up. You will be  humiliated.

Don’t even think about going for your dreams. They will never come true.

Don’t be confident. It doesn’t suit you.

You may have your own “don’ts”.

Please do one thing.

Write down a list of own 5 top “don’ts”.  Then get ready to get out there, and challenge each one by doing the very things you are telling yourself not to.

Allow new experiences to break down your old “don’t” beliefs until they dissolve into nonexistence.
