If you’re in a position of leadership be at work, home or the community, you’re probably responsible for ensuring a particular vision is realised.

Sure you may be setting the example to be followed. This is your strength. However, you don’t need to do everything yourself.

Actually, you can’t always do everything yourself, although you might want to. You might not have all the skills needed to get the job done.

Ask others for help.  Fill your skills gaps with those of other people to create a formidable force.
