Doing what needs to be done

Taking action,  sometimes any action can be the most difficult thing when working on your confidence.  Some people are too afraid to even start. Others have already made progress, but then let old fears kick in again.

Old anxieties arising are just reactive habits. You react to your old thoughts. Do you really need to do this? Between the unhelpful emotion arising and you reacting is a gap. Use this gap to just get done what needs to be done.
