Focusing on all the bad things when you stutter in a situation is easy.

Why bother with giving your mind easy tasks?

Does it get any exercise from doing this? No it doesn’t.

Instead focus on all the positive things about the situation. They are there, believe me.

You will think there aren’t. In fact this is just the mind resisting its exercise, lazy thing.
