If your answer was no, how can you increase your confidence?
3. Do I really enjoy feeling the way I do when I avoid speaking?
If your answer was no, how else would you like to feel instead? What could you do to create those feelings?
4. When I think about the past, do I enjoy remembering all the times I avoided this particular speaking situation?
If your answer was no, what do you need to do, to ensure your memories about your past experiences are different?
