Regret as a motivator

Do you like the feeling of regret? You know what I’m talking about. That feeling of pain deep in the pit of your stomach, just wishing you had done it, but fear got the better of you.

You can avoid that feeling through action.

Just do it. You know it’s best for you.

You can decide whether you liked it or not, or if it was scary or not after the event. That’s what postmortems are for.
