Dia Thabet is a renowned personal development coach, author and consultant; having been involved in the area of self-development since 1998.

He is the owner of the site, and his particular areas of expertise include setting and implementing goals to achieve what you want in life, having successful relationships, overcoming worry, anxiety and managing anger. Dia was recently listed in the Top 50 list of Personal Development Blogs for 2011 by life coach Steve Aitchison.

I’ve written a guest post for Dia’s blog entitled: The right states for social events.
