The 3 stages to emotional responsibility

1. The stage where you believe others are responsible for creating fear, anxiety and any other negative emotion which causes you to stammer.

2. The stage where you develop a genuine understanding, that only you are responsible for creating the negative emotions you experience with regards to your stammering.

3. The stage where you go deep inside yourself, and begin to unravel the structure of your unhelpful thoughts and emotions about stammering.
