In order to challenge unhelpful beliefs you may have about stammering, yourself, others and the world, you can look for evidence which negates what you currently believe.
Say your belief is “People always ignore me”.
Then make a list of all the times (and yes, even 20 years ago is valid!) when people didn’t ignore you. The purpose of doing this is to expose how easily we just take on limiting beliefs and start living them, without ever really questioning their validity. This of course gets us into all kinds of trouble.
The evidence is there and yes you are guilty.
Guilty of believing there is no evidence.
