The first rule about dealing with stuttering

Continue to push yourself out of your comfort zones regularly.

By this, I mean at least once if not twice a week.

When you’re out getting into speaking situations, you’ll make tons of mistakes. Sometimes your confidence will increase. Other times it will seem you’re not making progress.

Make sure not to allow anxiety or setbacks to create blocks for you.

Break through the hurdles with continued and sustained action.
