1. Hi Hiten,
    This is a great post.. Infact all the posts are relieving. For me, the belief that I want to speak gently (being gentle with my vocal cords and mind) and thereby not hurt my system .. is a beief i would want to nurture. This wil thereby make me feel more self-respectable, happier, less-stressed through the day!
